BrightRoll, one of the big online video networks, has created an online video exchange for advertisers and publishers to buy and sell online video inventory.
While common for display ads, this is among the first times that video ad inventory will be sold in an exchange environment. Michael Learmonth at Ad Age has good overview on this development.
