Adobe Extends Flash in Media World with New Time Warner Association

SAN FRANCISCO -- Adobe is aggressively promoting the use of its Flash video ecosystem into more of the news and entertainment world with a new development deal with Time Warner.

Here in San Francisco on Monday, I interviewed Adobe's Jennifer Taylor on the association and its goals.  The deal is not exclusive and there are no financial arrangements.

Liz Gannes at NewTeeVee reports that one of the more interesting aspects of the arrangement is with HBO.com.

Jennifer is a featured speaker later today, Tuesday, March 3, at the Beet.TV Online Video Roundtable which will can be seen right here, on the purple channel, at 9:00 am Pacific, noon Eastern.
