Blip.tv Tops Worldwide Growth Among Video Sharing Sites, comScore

It's not nearly as big as YouTube, but Blip.tv is growing four times faster in worldwide use, according to the latest comScore numbers.  Blip has the fastest growth among all the video sharing sites, the tracking company has found.

The comScore numbers are published in a terrific round-up article on the state of video sharing sites on VentureBeat

Here at Beet.TV, we use Blip.tv as our primary platform to distribute Flash and QuickTime files.  The Blip team has also been helpful in selling sponsorships.

Earlier this week, The Deal's Tech Confidential published a video interview with Mike Hudack, Blip co-founder and CEO.  Interviewing Mike is senior editor Mary Kathleen Flynn, formerly of CNN and MSNBC.  She hosts the tech shows for The Deal.

We've reposted Mary's interview above.

Congrats Mike, Dina and the team -- you guys rock!
