It might be hard to make a viral video hit, but building a steady audience on YouTube is doable, especially if brands and creators follow some basic guidelines.

We interviewed YouTube executive Bing Chen last week and he offered several tips on brand identity, how to use your dashboard to improve your videos, how to tag and annotate YouTube videos for the best results, and how to truly engage with viewers to ensure “stickiness” of content.
