“TV Everywhere,” the industry moniker for technology enabling cable subscribers to access programming on multiple digital platforms, can be implemented by content creators, says Ooyala’s Bismarck Lepe in this excerpt from the Beet.TV Video Strategy Summit.

While he lauds the efforts for the cable operators, he says that in the fragmented digital video landscape, content creators should establish their own, multi-platform networks.
