NDN, the Atlanta-based syndicator of video news clips for both  big news organizations and local broadcasters in the United States, has  been ranked by comScore as the fourth biggest video site in the U.S. behind Facebook, AOL and YouTube.

The company, which sells and shares ad revenue with content creators and the sites where the clips are published, has an arrangement with technology vendor SpotXchange to provide the platform to sell content on a programmatic basis.  The partnership was announced last week.

Last week, we spoke with NDN COO Eric Orme about the agreement with SpotXchange at the Beet.TV leadership conference on premium programmatic video advertising.

In the interview, Orme says that NDN has recently signed agreements with Bloomberg, Hearst, the Washington Post  and the the UK’s Daily Mail.
