Outrigger Media, which has developed a proprietary analytics platform  called OpenSlate to track the impact and influence of thousands of YouTube channels, is partnering with Digitas to spot new, influential channels for the agency and its brands, the companies announced on Thursday at the Digitas NewFront event.
