UGC Video is Self-Censored in China

China has been increasing its censorship of online video, according to published reports.  I spoke with Rebecca Fannin, a China watcher and author of the Silicon Dragon, last summer at Stanford.

In this interview, she explains how video censorship works in China. Video sharing sites employ in-house censors.
