YouTube has made vast expansions overseas into 19 versions and now has most of its traffic from overseas, according to David Eun, who heads up content partnerships for Google.

With all this growth, how do publishers and marketers know who’s watch these clips, particularly as they are watched on embed on countless blogs and web sites around the world?  Word just came from PC World that YouTube is reading an analytics tool to understand these things.
