Trailblazing Editor Dan Farber Takes the Helm at CNET News.com Tomorrow

Dan Farber, the veteran tech editor who built the current incarnation of ZDNet into a successful blog network, takes over helm tomorrow of CNET’s News.com

News of Dan’s new post and the departure of Jai Singh, founding editor, has been previously reported.

I caught up with Dan earlier this month in the San Francisco News.com newsroom to get his POV on how blogging and mainstream media can be a successful combination. He has surely proven a successful recipe at ZDNet, a CNET unit. It will be interesting to watch his work at News.com.
