LAS VEGAS —  Microsoft’s global, cloud-based platform for delivering video, called Azure, is gaining momentum and customer wins in the aftermath of its successful streaming of the Winter Olympics, says Bob DeHaven, GM of Worldwide Communications and Media, in this interview with Beet.TV

The media offering is also gaining attention in the aftermath of some high-profile streaming failures with the Academy Awards and the recent HBO debut of  Game of  Thrones, DeHaven says.  We spoke with him last week at the NAB Show.

He explains that Azure is partner solution,where Microsoft integrates various partner in the solution.
