Rebecca Paoletti, who was Yahoo's head of video for North America, is readying a major young men's video site and content distribution play.

The unnamed site is being developed by Legion Enterprises, the New York-based company best known for developing the Major League Gaming site, which had revenue of $20 million last year. Paoletti is Chief Product Officer at the company.

Code-named "project artichoke," it is both a destination, but more widely a content distribution play, says Paoletti in this interview with Beet.TV.  It is being developed for the 16-24 year old demographic.

The site will launch later this year.

The video and App development services for the new site are being provided by Brightcove.

We spoke with Paoletti last month at the Brightcove global consumer.
