Music Mogul Edgar Bronfman, Jr. on the Future of the Biz — Global Markets Loom Large

Edgar Bronfman, Jr. heads Warner Music, one of the world’s four major record labels.

Beet.TV was at the Convergence 2.0 summit at the Museum of Broadcasting in Manhattan on Monday where we taped Bronfman’s news-making speech on the opportunities for growth in the music industry. The conference was organized The Deal and its tech blog Tech Confidential.

The music mogul sees many opportunities in music downloads, distribution of music via mobile devices, artist management and licensing. He sees big opportunities in the big developing markets of Russia, China and India.
