The Web is becoming "a video delivery medium in a big way," said Walt Mossberg in his opening remarks at Beet.TV’s first executive summit which was held yesterday at the Embassy of Finland in Washington.
He started off his comments with a nod to his his former Wall Street Journal intern Shoba Purushothaman, a panelist. Shoba left journalism several years ago and is CEO of the NewsMarket. The two were reunited on the Embassy deck.
Much more from the conference, including interviews and excerpts from the round table.
Here’s a rundown of the event by Scott Raynovich, publisher of Contentinople.
Special thanks to Ambassador Lintu for hosting us and press attache Kari Mokko for all his help.
