As advertisers spend more money in Web video, they are increasingly looking for ways to make sure they are getting the most from their buys.

As a result, a number of online video ad networks have been vocal in recent months about their tools for helping protect a brand's investment.

In this week's New Media Minute, I turned to Jason Krebs of the online video ad network ScanScout for tips on best practices for brands and agencies to follow when buying online ads.
