Vimeo, the video sharing unit of IAC has over four million registered users and has 30 million monthly unique visitors, nearly doubling those numbers over the past six months.

The site, which historically has been a video site for video enthusiasts and the creative community, has garnerered a broader consumer audience.

The site provides free and a paid service. 

Unlike most video sites, Vimeo does not have in-stream advertising.
