After watching the Mircle on the Hudson, I had to call my daughter in NY who is a flight attendent with Delta. First,I told her that we love her and then I told her how very proud we are of her for choosing her profession. The flight attendent is NOT a glorified waiter on a plane. They could save your life!!

After the plane crash in the Hudson River and all the praise being handed out, I have not heard any comment about the 3 flight attendants on board. I know they are there to guide people and help them out of exit doors and calm the passengers. I think they should receive a large amount of praise along with the job the Pilot and Co=Pilot did to get everyone out safely.

I've seen some pretty amazing photo's taken of the plane and the people perched on the wings in the Hudson. It's incredible that all those people survived.
