We are delighted that you will be joining us in Santa Monica. It will be amazing!

Please submit this form at your soonest to secure your spot as the group is quite limited. After your registration has been received, a secure invoice will be sent to you. We ask that payment be made within 10 days. Payment can be made by check, bank wire or credit card.

The event begins at the Loews Santa Monica Beach Hotel on Wednesday, November 17 at 4:00 pm. and ends at noon on Friday, November 19.

Your registration fee includes meals and networking events. It does not include travel or accommodations.

Update: Our block at the Loews is now full. Our overflow hotel is the Viceroy Santa Monica, which is located just a few minutes walk away. You can make a reservation directly at this link. Or you can book the best rate available at the Loews via their website.

The full participant registration fee is $6,000. Full networking is $5,000.

Cancellation Terms: Registration fees are fully refundable with notification made by September 1. Cancellations made after September 1 and by October 15 will involve a credit for a future Retreat registration minus a $500 penalty. Cancellations received after October 15 will be non-refundable. If the event is cancelled by Beet.TV, for any reason, at any time, your registration fees will be refunded in full.

Health & Safety

All participants, hotel staff and crew will be required to have proof of vaccination for COVID-19 as well as a COVID test taken within 48 hours, in advance of the event. Masks wearing will follow the CDC and Los Angeles County guidelines.
