Getting to the Hotel and Back to Airport

The hotel is a 10-minute cab ride San Juan International Airport.  The conference is not providing airport transfer.  There is no Uber pick-ups available at the airport.  So taxi is best.    To arrange for private transportation, you can reach our transportation provider:  Melissa at Travel Services. mpueyo@destinationpuertorico.com

Getting back to the airport is easy as the doorman will call a taxi or you can call an Uber.   Again, about a 10 minute drive.

Food & Seating for the Meals

Let us know if you have any food preferences.   The Wednesday night dinner will be a meat entree. Thursday is family style with different choices.     The hosts of the dinners will have one reserved table per night, otherwise it is open seating.

Beet Retreat Protocol & Meetings

We are all invested to  make this an amazing, learning event.  So, please make sure to be with us for the sessions.   Please don’t set up meeting times during the program.  There are plenty of times  to meet and chat during breaks, drinks, meals and by the pool or the beach.

Social Media & Video

The sessions will be on the record and feel free to share.  We will have some off-the-record bull sessions, so keep those to ourselves.   Our Twitter handle is @Beet_TV and the event is #BeetRetreat.    We will publish videos over the course of the next 30 days.   We are not streaming live. Find the handles of your fellow retreat-ees here: Beet Retreat San Juan 2018 Twitter Handles

Attire

For sessions and interviews, please wear business attire.  Gents wear jackets, slacks.  and collared shirts.    The conference room will be chilly, so bring a jacket or sweater.  For the evening dinners feel free to dress up a bit if you like.    For the ladies on Thursday night, might be a good idea to bring flats/sandals as we will be walking around the Fort and Old San Juan.
