As 2021 gets underway, AdTech is in transition: It is growing globally, powering most of advertising. As it grows and matures, there are an array of challenges. Some challenges are powered by consumer sentiment, some by marketers and others from emerging technologies.

How will the AdTech industry change? How should it? How will we”Break the Cycle,” to make AdTech more accountable and effective. These are the themes of a leadership video series from Beet.TV in partnership with IBM Watson Advertising. Some of the topics will include:

  • The limits and opportunities of the walled gardens
  • The economics of the AdTech “tax”
  • Finding greater transparency in AdTech
  • Identity in a post-cookie/IDFA world: Does targeting matter?

The video interviews will explore the POV of each speaker and explore how each are changing the adtech world in their own way, at their companies.

Interviews will be conducted remotely, primarily via Zoom. Interview sessions will be under 15 minutes. Videos will be published on Beet.TV and its syndication and social channels. This series goes into production in January and will be published later in the the month and into February.
