The value of search and story links is essential for the biggest of information sites. According to Paul Slavin, EVP of Digital Media for ABC, some 70 percent of video views come from search and links.
He made his comments during the Beet.TV Video Strategy Summit in a session moderated by Erick Schonfeld, co-editor of TechCrunch.
Also in this segment is Rob Davis who heads the interactive video practice at Ogilvy Interactive. He explains the value of search around free-standing advertising content created by his agency.
