Syndicating online video to different Web sites is not an easy task, with sites running numerous different video players and formats. 

But it seems that New York-based Mochila has a bit of breakthrough by putting videos into a display ad unit which can be used by virtually any Web site.

The company is syndicating content for IDG onto several of the Tribune newspaper sites including The Los Angeles Times.
